Dear Permit Tech.,
As discussed, enclosed are 2 complete sets of s/s plans, calcs, plan check fee and completed
application to begin the plan check process.
This is an existing retail store at Washington Square that we will be doing the interior remodel on.
The square footage on this space is 10,414 sq. ft. with a valuation of approximate $ 425,000. A
plan check fee of $ 3,222.40 fee is included as discussed.
We are applying for the following reviews and approvals:
1.) Building/H/C /Structural - interior remodel consisting of ceilings, partitions, fixtures, cash
wrap, painting, flooring, doors, shelving units, lighting, sales, non -sales and storefront area.
2.) Mechanical -usual remodel of ductwork, grilles, diffusers, supply, return, T -stat, etc.
Replacement of five VAV boxes. Energy forms enclosed.
3.) Electrical -usual remodel of lighting, receptacles, switches, outlets, circuits, etc. Sub panels
existing and to remain. Dimming light and Silver Bullet panel added. Com Check forms
enclosed.
4.) Plumbing- remodeling of two H/C bathrooms w /mop sink and drinking fountain.
5.) Planning- please route, if needed.
6.) Fire - please route, if needed.
As always, any modifications to the existing fire sprinklers, alarms and exterior signage will be
under separate plans and permits.
Please fax any and all comments and correspondence to us upon completion of your review, so
we can address the comments in a timely manner, as we are handling the processing of the
permits on this project. Also, would appreciate your mailing the PC receipt to us in the enclosed
envelope.
We appreciate your assistance in this matter and look forward to working with the City of Tigard
