VALLEY TRACTS, a plat of record in Washington County, and located
in the Southeast quarter of Section 33, Township 1 South, Range 1
West of the Willamette Meridian, in the City of Tigard, County of
Washington and State of Oregon, and more fully described based on
a County Survey No. 23,324 by Clarence E. Barker, P.L.S., as
follows:
Beginning at a 5/8 -inch iron rebar at the Northwest corner of
VILLAGE AT SUMMER LAKE PARK NO. 2, a 'subdivision recorded 16th
August 1989 in Book 70, pages 25, 26 l and 27, Washington County
Plat Records, said point being also on the West right of way line
