A tract of land in the Southwest one - quarter of the Northeast
one - quarter of Section 4, Township 2 South, Range 1 West of the
Willamette Meridian, in the City of Tigard, Washington County,
Oregon, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the parcel conveyed by C.B.
and Amelia S. Handy to L.W. and Narcissa V. Hampton by deed
recorded August 23, 1944 in Book 234, page 115, Washington County
Deed Records, which Northwest corner is also the point where the
South right -of -way line of S.W. Walnut Street (C.R. No. 937) a 40
foot right -of -way intersects the East right -of -way line of S.W.
132nd Avenue, a 40 foot right -of -way; thence South 1 °51'20" West
along said East right -of -way line 356.54 feet to a point on the
North line of that certain tract of land conveyed in Fee No.
86049713, Washington County Deed Records; thence South 87 °29'44"
East along said North line 267.33 feet to a point on the West
line of that certain tract of land conveyed in Fee No. 87042382,
Washington County Deed Records; thence North 1 °51'20" East along
said West line 343.54 feet to a point that is 33.00 feet
Southerly from, when measured at right angles to the centerline
of S.W. Walnut Street (County Road No. 937), said point being the
true point of beginning; thence North 87 °29'44" West, parallel
with and 33.00 feet Southerly from said S.W. Walnut Street
centerline 20.00 feet to a point on the East line of that certain
