LEGAL DESCRIPTION

TO BE DEEDED TO THE CITY OF TIGARD
A portion of the William Graham D.L.C. No. 39 in the southwest
one - quarter of the northwest one - quarter of Section 1, in
Township 2 South and Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian, in
the City of Tigard, County of Washington and State of Oregon,
P)(3660 being more particularly described as. follows.
Beginning at a 5/8" iron rod at the intersection of the
northerly line of the William Graham D.L.C. with the easterly
line of that certain tract of land described in Book 948, Page
304, Washington County Deed Records, said 5/8" iron rod also
lying South 83 °02'20" East 625.26 feet from the northwest corner
of said William Graham D.L.C.; and running thence South
12 °15'28" West tracing said easterly line a distance of 419.77
feet to a 5/8" iron rod; thence leaving said easterly line South
77 °44'32" East 143.80 feet to a 5/8" iron rod; thence South
12 °15'28" West 576.90 feet to a 5/8" iron rod on the northerly
right -of -way line of Hunziker Road (Co. Rd. No. 34); thence
tracing said northerly right -of -way line South 61 °00'31" East
20.88 feet to a 5/8" iron rod on the westerly line of that
certain tract of land described in Doc. 85007898, Washington
County Deed Records; thence tracing said westerly line North
12 °15'28" East 1017.87 feet to a point on the said northerly
line of the William Graham D.L.C.; thence tracing said northerly
line North 83 °02'20" West 164.50 feet to the point of beginning.
Said tract contains 1.873 acres, more or less.
Based on Record of Survey recorded as C.S. 24,405 in the
Washington County Surveyor Office.
