hereby grants to the CITY OF TIGARD, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon
( "Grantee "), its successors and assigns, for open space and /or greenway purposes that certain real
property situated in the City of Tigard, County of Washington, State of Oregon, described on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and depicted on Exhibit `B" attached hereto (the "Property ").
Grantor warrants that it is the owner in fee simple of the Property, and that the
Property is free of liens and encumbrances except those of record on the date hereof.
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY
DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE
LAWS AND REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT,
THE PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH
THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY
