the Willamette Base and Meridian, in Washington County, Oregon, described as
follows:
Beginning at the point in the centerline of County Road No. 997 and
in the westerly line of the WW Graham Donation Land Claim No. 39,
said recorded subdivision in said county; running thence South 44 °44'
West along the westerly line of said Graham Claim 799.4 feet to the
true point of beginning:
