May 15, 2006 City of Tigard Building Inspection Department Gentlemen: We need to have a plumbing re- inspection performed on 1117 SW 93` in Tigard. The original inspection was done under MST2005- 00181. The plumbing failed. We have addressed the issued which caused the failure and would like for you to send an inspector to re- review. Please note that we are only asking for you to review the plumbing on the 2nd floor (which was an addition) and not the entire structure. It is my understanding that the new structure was completed several years ago and only the interior needs to be inspected. Should you need any additional information, please call me.
