Dear Mr. Rutherford: •
Enclosed with this letter are copies of the Payment Forms that state the
amount of Traffic Impact Fees that were deferred for Buildings 2 and 3 of
Ashbrook Condominiums.
Road Transit Total Due
Building #2: $4,233.00 $340.00 $4,573.00
Building #3: $5,229.00 $340.00 $5,569.00
Total $9,462.00 $680.00 $10,142.00
By policy, all System Development Charges must be paid at the time of
issuance of building permits, and any TIF's that were deferred must be
collected prior to occupancy. By error, Certificates of Occupancy were released
for both of these buildings prior to the collection of TIF payments.
As of July 1, 2006, Traffic Impact Fees have increased by 6 %. Therefore, in
order to avoid a recalculation of TIF, please submit payment in the amount of
$10,142.00 by July 14, 2006. Payments can be made in person, or by check /
cash. If submitting by check, please send payment to the address listed below
to my attention.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and appreciate
your attention to this matter.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 503 -718 -2643.
