Project Name: Walnut Creek Submittal Date: 5/4/10 Dear Applicant: This letter is to notify you that your plan review application for the above referenced permit has expired in accordance with Section 105.3.2 of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code: Applications are valid for a maximum of 180 days from the application submittal date referenced above. Since the City of Tigard has not received a written request for a plan review extension, it is expired by limitation. Plan review was completed on 6/4/10, therefore all associated building and site plan review fees are due upon receipt of this letter. See attached invoice for balance of fees due, less any deposit paid at time of application submittal. In order to reactivate this plan review, a new application and building plans, along with new plan review fees are required to be resubmitted and a new permit number will be assigned. A copy of the building plans will remain on file for a period of six months from the date of expiration, at which time the plans will be sent for records destruction. You may obtain a copy of these building plans, for a fee, by contacting the Building Permit Technicians at 503.718.2439 prior to their destruction.
