In answer to your question today concerning the GN1)C30 with cabinet installation, the
configuration that you have been using is allowable. Combustible material may contact th• :
top edge of the fireplace face as long as it doesn't protrude over or onto the face itself. .i.1 c
material must be no thicker than the drywall lip itself, front or back.
There is no distinction between combustible materials, Any combustible material may be

NOT cover the face of the fireplace. Only non - combustibles such as tile, marble, stone, el c. ` .

As a point of clarification, page 5i, figure 3b of the Nevus Series Installation Instructions
(document number 28467 Rev. F) is to be used to determine mantel projection clearances.
