The plan review was performed under the 2005 Oregon Residential Specialty Code
(ORSC). The review of the submitted plans will be completed when the following
information is provided.
1) Provide details of all connections of second floor cantilevers to first floor
walls.
2) There are different beam sizes on structural calcs from plans verses floor
joist calcs.
3) Joist spacing over dining different from plan to joist layout.
4) Truss layout on plans is different than truss details from manufacturer
which in turn makes footings not right.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of
the City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of
Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
