The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC)
2004 edition; the State of Oregon Residential Specialty Code ORSC) 2005 edition and the
Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Ordinance 99 -01 (TVFR99 -01) 1999 edition. In order to complete
this plan review, the following items require your attention:
1. The septic system that is existing needs to be documented by the Washington
County Department of Health and Human Services Septic Tank Division to be
capable of handling a 5 bedroom residence. Please provide a letter from the County
stating this.
2. There is no typical header size called out on this plan, please provide one for use in
this addition. . X $ "
3. The footings under the truss H on both ends need to be sized to accommodate the
loads on them. On one side the truss H and truss D both rest close to one another
and this footing should be sized for a 13,046 pound load. The other end of the H
truss has a 7,812 pound load on it. Please provide footing and column sizes, and
reinforcement spacing.
When submitting revisions or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City
of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard in tracking
and processing the documents.

Clean Water Services has received your Sensitive Area Certification for the
above referenced site. District staff has reviewed the submitted materials
including site conditions and the description of your project. Staff concurs that
the above referenced project will not significantly. impact the existing Sensitive
Areas found near the site. In Tight of this result, this document will serve as your
Service Provider letter as required by Resolution and Order 04 -9, Section 3.02.1.
All required permits and approvals must be obtained and completed under
applicable local, state, and federal law.
This letter does NOT eliminate the need to protect Sensitive Areas if they are
subsequently identified on your site.
