The driveway shall be paved in accordance with Community Development Code Sections 18.106.050.J(5) and 18.108.070(A). Specifically, at least a 10 foot wide area along the entire length of the driveway starting from the public right -of -way and ending at the garage will be paved with asphalt or concrete. If it is necessary to perform any work within the public right -of- way, I agree to obtain'a street opening permit prior to performing. any such work.
