above project. This temporary permit expired on August 22, 1991. As
of this date, there is no record of a final certificate of occupancy being
issued.
You must obtain a final certificate of occupancy within 10 days
of the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in civil
penalties and eviction of the building occupants.

Dear Mr. Cardwell,
On Nay 22, 1991, we issued a 90 day temporary certificate
of occupancy for your home. This certificate expired in
November, 1992. We have recently been informed that the
project is now complete and ready for final inspection.
Please call the building department as soon as possible
to schedule an inspection time. Once the house has
successfully passed the final inspection, we will issue
the permanent certificate of occupancy.

VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT
i, Diane L. CarclwQI (, do hereby agree to pave the entire length of
the driveway located at 15045 SW 79th Avenue within 90 days of the
date the temporary occupancy permit for this address is issued.
The driveway shall be paved in accordance with Community
Development Code Sections 18.106.050.J(5) and 18.108.070(A).
Specifically, at least a 10 foot wide area along the entire length
of the driveway starting from the public right -of -way and ending at
the garage will be paved with asphalt or concrete.
If it is necessary to perform any work within the public right -of-
way, I agree to obtain'a street opening permit prior to performing.

compliance agreement I may be • subject to a civil infractions
