Mr. Nelson,
I received your letter regarding the current and proposed tenants at the
Fanno Acres Business Park who would fall into the category of uses which
are restricted from cumulatively occupying more than 20% of the entire
square footage within the development complex (per TDC Table
18.530.1). Your letter notes that the listed uses will cumulatively account
for 17.5% of the square footage within the development site. Based on
this information, the proposed use is allowed within the Fanno Acres
Business Park, but please be advised that you are nearing the allowable
limit for these types of uses.
