Submittal documents for the above referenced project have been reviewed for conformance with
the applicable 1998 Oregon Specialty Codes and other applicable codes and standards. The

1. The accessible parking stalls on the north side are positioned on the wrong side. Aisles
are to be located on the passenger side.

1. Water Quality Facility observation by Engineer of record.
The owner shall employ the Engineer of record, responsible for the design and
specifications of the Water Quality Facility, to perform construction and visual observation
of the Water Quality Facility for compliance of the design and specifications, at significant
stages, and at completion of the construction.
Prior to final occupancy approval of the construction under permit for the site, the
Engineer of record shall provide the City of Tigard, "Attention Plans Examiner" and
"Supervising Inspector" with written confirmation that the Water Quality Facility is in
compliance with the design and specifications of same.
2. Provide a liquefaction potential and soil strength loss report (OSSC, Section 1804.1.1
and 1804.5).
