Subject: Demolition Credits
Dear Brian:
Recently we completed land partitions No. MLP 2007 -00013 and MLP 2007 - 00001. In both
cases we demolished existing structures in the process of creating the new lots. Although we had
intended to build on all of our lots, the slow real estate market may dictate that we sell one or
more. With this in mind, I reviewed the demo credit procedure with Debbie at the front counter,
to determine how best to allocate credits among the new lots. If I sell a lot, I need to represent to
the purchaser whether credits will or will not be available when a building permit is taken out.
She suggested that I write this letter to provide the city with the correct allocation. Please see the
details below:
