Dear Scott:
Per your request, we herein submit the following revised proposal for reroofing the
above referenced buildings:
Membrane Roofing Specification
1. Over metal roofing mechanically attach one layer of 1 -1/2" polyisocyanurate rigid
insulation and one layer of 1 /4" DensDeck cover board.
Note: Upon installation of new roof system we may encounter decking or conditions
outside of our scope of work that will require repair. All repairs necessary will be
made with owner approval at an additional charge of $60 per hour and materials at
cost plus 15 %. The insulation will provide an additional R factor of 10 for increased
heat Toss protection and prevent condensation.
2. Over insulation, in accordance to manufacturer specifications, furnish and install a
Firestone TPO membrane roofing system. This system consists of a mechanically
attached layer of .060 white TPO membrane. This system carries a Class A fire
rating.
3. Install pressure treated 2 "x 6" lumber along gutter and rake edges. Furnish and
install 24 gauge prepainted drip metal along external gutter edges and gravel stop
metal along rake edges.
4. Install new sheet metal drops to connect to existing downspouts at built -in gutters.
Reuse external gutters.
5. Furnish owner with a 2 -year Snyder Roofing of Oregon LLC guarantee and a 10 -year
manufactures material warranty.
