A weld detail was not available. The fillet welds on all sides of the stiffeners were 1 /4" and the all - thread rod welds were according to AWS for weld size. Welding by Frank Kraaz, #C -1889, was in accordance with AWS for the units noted above. Mill certs, WPS, and QC manual were checked previously. The following non - complying item was observed: A.
