This requests that, if it is convenient for you to do so, we do our Planning and Engineering finals before lunch. If you can give me a Yes or No on your approvals I will give Rick a Go or No Go on the building finals. Meanwhile I will get hold of Roger to ask about the stormwater maintenance agreement that we still need. That leaves only #35 Stormwater Maintenance Agreement and Cheryl's # 27 Screening and # 28 Walk Through before building finals. If the Agreement is all that is missing after Cheryl's walkthrough I intend to ask Rick to do the inspections but at best mark them as Fail with the Agreement submittal required. Thanks, Albert.
