The plans for the above referenced project have been reviewed by the Building
Division and are approved subject to the following items. This review was
performed under the provisions of the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code,
1998 edition.
1. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical permits are required for this project.
2. A minimum 40 -B fire extinguisher shall be located within 30 feet of the kitchen
cooking equipment in accordance with UFC standard 10 -1. UFC 1006.2.7.
3. Minimum 2A:10BC fire extinguishers shall be located so that the travel
distance to them does not exceed 75 feet. UFC Standard 10 -1.
4. A copy of the approved plans shall be kept on -site during construction for
inspection purposes. OSSC 106.4.2.
5. A final inspection and certificate of occupancy is required prior to occupancy
for the intended use of the structure. OSSC 109.1.
