Attached is the completed back page of the Site Work Permit Application for this project.
As a condition of the land use approval, there is no reduction of the amount of existing
landscaping. Therefore, there is no increase in impervious area with the proposed work_
We have estimated the amount ea that will be required to meet the new grades.
The volume does not include the topsoil that will be kept on site and moved to new
planting areas, nor does it include rock base for paving.

(OSSC) 2004 edition; and the Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Ordinance 99 -01 (TVFR99-
01) 1999 edition. The following information is required prior to the issuance of a Site
Permit:
EXCAVATION
1. Complete the enclosed permit application clarifying the Excavation, Grading and
Fill volumes.
2. Clarify the new impervious area. Impervious is defined as building roof areas,
sidewalks and paving. The number should be what is new impervious as related to
what was existing.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City
of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
