As a condition of the land use approval, there is no reduction of the amount of existing landscaping. Therefore, there is no increase in impervious area with the proposed work_ We have estimated the amount ea that will be required to meet the new grades. The volume does not include the topsoil that will be kept on site and moved to new planting areas, nor does it include rock base for paving. When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
