Dear Bob:
Following is our response to your plan review comments. Items are based upon your letter
dated July 24, 2000.
Title Page: The allowable area (footprint) has stayed at 12,000 s.f. as the building type
was changed to Type IIN. You should have received a copy on August 11,
2000 as copied to Julia Hajduk the same day. See attached copy for your
review.
Fire Life Safety:
1. The floor plans on drawing A2.1.1 are the same, except enlarged in scale, as those
on drawing A2.4.1.
2. The door schedule is shown on sheet A5.3, see attached copy.
3. We have revised the building type to IIN, as reflected on our title sheet, see attached
copy.
Energy Code: Please review attached energy code compliance forms completed by
MICE Associates. -
Special Inspections: Please review attached special inspections forms completed and
signed. These had been delivered previously to you July 3, 2000.
Per our conversation, two sets of revised architectural and structural plans have been
provided for your review. If you have any questions regarding our response, please call.
