RE: ON -SITE STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM - LOWE'S - TIGARD, OREGON
Dear Mr. Lampella:
Based upon our notes from a meeting with Continental Dirt Contractors, JUB Engineers and
staff from the City of Tigard last week, it was agreed that no tracer wire and rigid pipe with
flexible couplings at manholes were required to be installed because the following proposed
alternative methods were used:
1.) The storm drainage system can be located from the surface by visual observation of
the pipe from manhole to manhole.
2.) Since the storm drainage pipe installed is a flexible corrugated HDPE material instead
of rigid pipe, flexible couplings within 1 foot of the manhole are not necessary.
The storm drainage system has been installed in accordance with the professionally
engineered civil plans, approved for construction by the City of Tigard.
Sincerely,
J -U -B ENGINEERS, INC.
