Submittal documents for the above referenced project have been reviewed for conformance with
the applicable 1996 Oregon Specialty Codes and other applicable codes and standards. The
following comments are noted:
In seismic Zone 3 the potential for seismically induced soil Liquefaction and soil instability
shall be evaluated [OSSC Section 1804.2]
A. Provide an addendum to the Geotech report addressing the requirements
of OSSC Section 1804.5.
The proposed project site consists of more than one parcel of land. There shall be no
- underlying land divisions unless the buildings are designed for location to property lines.
Provide a true copy of the recorded document describing the site as one parcel.
A Demolition Permit is required if the existing house is to be raised. -
A y Provide the total square footage of impervious area. Include roofs, sidewalks, parking lot,
play grounds and gravel areas. ?AU/0
A, Provide the total cubic yards of each of the following:
