This letter is to serve as our notice that our client, Beveland Business Park, LLC. has elected to
terminate the contract with Myhre Group Architects, Inc. therefore we will no longer be
providing Construction Administration Services for their project.
Pursuant to OAR 806 - 010 -0050, please accept this letter and the enclosed State of Oregon Board
of Architect Examiners Supervision Change Notification Form as our notice to your office that
this office and Steve Pearson as the "Architect of Record" will not be providing Construction
Administration Services for the "Dartmouth Square" project located at 11935 SW 70 Avenue,
Tigard, Oregon 97223. Mr. Patrick R. Prendergast is the Owner of the project and can be reached
by telephone at his office (503) 223 -6605.
