Enclosed are 2 full size plan sets (1 set is structural only), structural calculations, a geotechnical engineering report update and a copy of the permit application. The geotechnical report references a previous report. Let me know if the previous report it is required for your review and I will acquire a copy and forward it to you. Assess your review fee based on 33% of the total project plan review fee per the Personal Service Contract.
