29., Prior to any Certificates of Occupancy, the applicant shall ensure that the Project Arborist has submitted written
reports to the City Forester, at least, once every two weeks, from initial tree protection zone (TPZ) fencing installation,
through site work and building construction, as he monitors the construction activities and progress. These reports must

include any changes that occurred to the TPZ as well as the condition and location of the tree protection fencing. If the
