Cages were not in place at this time. C9, A8, B.5/9, C8, B8, A7, C6, G7, D8, A4, A5, A6, B5, C5 and boundary elements C7 and E7. Rebar in these cages were to plans and specifications. Adequate rebar lap and clearances should be checked again before pour. No concrete poured, no tests taken. Our reports pertain to the materials inspected /tested only. Bryant COP#586, OBOA #137, WABO#BRY523915 05- 17 -00: Inspected rebar placed at Building A roof deck pad and curbs, parking structure elevator shaft walls, footing pads line 2 @ B through F, footings, line G from 1 to 3, line lfrom A to F and line A from 1 to 4. All rebar was placed, in compliance with approved plans. Monitored the pouring of 20 cubic yards concrete, Ross Island mix 3510B at parking structure roof deck pad and curbs and Building A elevator shaft walls. Monitored the pouring of 80 cubic yards concrete, Ross Island mix 3010B at continuous footings listed above. One set of test cylinders was molded for each mix poured.
