Dear Dary , '
received a call from a contractor who was doing some work at the above name location. He noticed that
there were no draft stops in the attic spaces of the three buildings. The attic spaces are combustible
construction and the building is equipped with automatic fire sprinklers. The attic space is not sprinkled.
My research of the UBC indicates draft stops would have been required every 9,000 square feet of area i
and 100 lineal feet. Would you please verity my research and, 'rf necessary, follow -up with the responsible
party for that address. '
Please contact me at (503) 612 -7010 with any questions. `
Thanks,
i
