RE: Minor Modification to existing site at 11705 SW 68 Parkway
Dear Mr. Smith:
This is in response to your letter dated May 14, 1999 regarding your prior
approval of a Minor Modification to the above - referenced site. After a review of
your revised plans and the previous decision, staff finds that the proposed
modification is substantially similar and includes less square footage than
previously approved and is, therefore, expected to have a lesser impact on the
site and vicinity. Therefore, the Director has approved this request subject to the •
•
same conditions of approval, as follows:
1. A row of mature arborvitae or other comparable plantings shall be
provided along the western property line. These plantings shall be a
minimum of six (6) feet tall at planting. Any of these mature plantings that
die due to the shock of being transplanted shall be replaced.
2. Protective construction fencing and signage shall be installed to protect
the existing plantings that are to remain.
