7. There shall be no noise, obnoxious odors, vibrations, glare, fumes, -
electrical interference, heat (detectable to normal sensory perception
outside the structure), traffic, and discharge of materials, gases, or
fluids into the sanitary sewer or storm drainage systems which are in
excess of what is normally associated with residential uses.
8. The Home Occupation Permit shall be renewed annually.
9. A business tax shall be paid annually for the business.
If any of the preceding conditions are not met, this Home Occupation Permit
will be immediately invalidated.

SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED - STATUTORY DEED
Patricia E. Smith, Grantor, conveys and specially warrants
to John B. Noel and Maralyn A. Noel, Husband and Wife, Grantees,
the following described real property free of encumbrances
created or suffered by the Grantor except as specifically set
forth herein, situated in Washington County, Oregon, to -wit:
Lot 10, LERON HEIGHTS, a duly recorded subdivision in
the County of Washington and State of Oregon.
EXCEPTING a triangular portion thereof in the Southwest
corner described as beginning at a point on the South
line of said Lot 10, East 25 feet from the Southwest
corner of said lot; thence West along the South line of
said lot to the Southwest corner thereof; thence North
along the West line of said lot, 10 feet to a point;
thence Southeasterly to the point of beginning.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM a portion of Lot 10, LERON
HEIGHTS, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 11, LERON
HEIGHTS; thence South 1 06' West 133.20 feet to the
Southwest corner of Lot 11; thence 15 feet in a

Street, and thence in a straight line back to the point
