7. There shall be no noise, obnoxious odors, vibrations, glare, fumes,
electrical interference, heat (detectable to normal sensory perception
outside the structure), traffic, and discharge of materials, gases, or
fluids into the sanitary sewer or storm drainage systems which are in
excess of what is normally associated with residential uses.
8. The Home Occupation Permit shall be renewed annually.
9. A business tax shall be paid annually for the business.
If any of the preceding conditions are not met, this Home Occupation Permit
will be immediately invalidated.

To whom it may concern,
In addition to the application submitted under separate cover, please use this
narrative explanation of the proposed use of the residence as further consideration
for granting the home occupation permit. This narrative is pursuant to section
18.142.080 (a) (1) and 18.142.050.
The proposed business shall be a computer network consulting service, operated as a
sole proprietorship.
The primary use of the property will be a residence, with the proposed business as
the secondary use.
The home shall be used primarily for records keeping and a location for assisting
clients via telephone support.
Personal contacts with clients will be conducted outside of the home.
There will be no additional structures other than the primary residence structure
used for business purposes.
The business will be conducted entirely within the structure, and will not occupy
more than 25% of the structure.
There will be no storage or display of materials, vehicles or products on the
premises, nor shall there be any signs anywhere indicating the secondary use of
the residence as a business.
The business will not produce any noise or obnoxious odors, vibrations, glare,
fumes, electrical interference, traffic, discharge of materials, gases or fluids into
the sanitary sewer and storm drainage systems.
There will be no more than three deliveries per week to the residence by suppliers.
