7. There shall be no noise, obnoxious odors, vibrations, glare, fumes,
_ electrical interference, heat (detectable to normal sensory perception
outside the structure), traffic, and discharge of materials, gases, or
fluids into the sanitary sewer or storm drainage systems which are in
excess of what is normally associated with residential uses.
8. The Home Occupation Permit shall be renewed annually.
9. A business tax shall be paid annually for the business.
If any of the preceding conditions are not met, this Home Occupation Permit
will be immediately invalidated.

floorplan layout of the house was unacceptable as submitted. I contacted
Virginia Wong on June 15th and requested a more detailed floorplan so that we
may veify the 25% maximum square footage Home Occupation regulation.
The Planning Department received a supplimental floorplan on July 2, 1990.

Virginia,
An application for a Home Occupation Permit was delivered to th City of Tigard
Planning Department on 6 -11 -90 in reference to the property commonly known as
14523 SW 83rd Court. The Planning Department has two concerns with the
application:
1) In reference to Question #7, if no customers will be coming to the
residence and no vehicles associated with the business will be garaged at the
residence, how will the items to be tailored be transported to and from the
residence? A vehicle may be used in connection with a Home Occupation as long
as there is no advertising placed on the vehicle.
2) In reference to Question #10, please submit a floor plan of the entire
house and designate which part of the house will be used for the Home
Occupation. Also, please state the total square footage of the house and the
square footage of the are to be used in the Home Occupation.
I have enclosed a photocopy of the application and a new sheet of graph paper
for the floor plan. I have also enclosed a sample of what the floor plan
should look like. Please submit a written response to item #1 and a complete
floor plan of the house as discussed in item #2 as soon as possible. I will
complete the processing of your application as soon as I receive your response.
