7. There shall be no noise, obnoxious odors, vibrations, glare, fumes,
electrical interference, heat (detectable to normal sensory perception
outside the structure), traffic, and discharge of materials, gases, or
fluids into the sanitary sewer or storm drainage systems which are in
excess of what is normally associated with residential uses.
8. The Home Occupation Permit shall be renewed annually.
9. A business tax shall be paid annually for the business.
If any of the preceding' conditions are not met, this Home Occupation Permit
will be immediately invalidated.

Dear Mr. Grimstad;
The City of Tigard mailed a letter to you on February 12, 1990 which addressed
the issue of construction vehicles being parked in the street on Serena Way in
conjunction with the general contracting work you do. It was noted in that
letter that these construction vehicles have been parked there on many
occasions for extended periods of time.
The City has been notified that construction vehicles are being parked at this
location again. I am writing you today to remind you that the storage of
vehicles in connection with a Home Occupation Permit is not permitted (CDC
Section 18.142.050 (a(6)); as did Viola Goodwin in the letter dated February
12, 1990.
The construction vehicles shall be removed from this location by 8:00 am,
September 10, 1990 and shall not be stored there again. Any further reports of
such violation will result in this situation being directed to the City of
Tigard Code Enforcement Officer Hr. Humphrey. You will be cited for a Class 1
Infraction which carries a maximum fine of $250.00 per day for every day the
infraction occurs. Along with this citation, the City will once again review
the approval of your Home Occupation Permit and may revoke this approval.
I am enclosing a photocopy of the February 12, 1990 letter for your files.

Dear Mr. Grimstad,
A Home Occupation Permit was issued to you on February 3, 1990. Since that
time it has come to the City staff's attention that during the past year you
have parked construction vehicles in the street on Serena Way in conjunction
with the general contracting work you do. The vehicles reported are a
dumpster -type trailer used to haul trash from construction sites and a trailer
on which heavy equipment is carried. These vehicles are said to have been
parked there on many occasions for extended periods of time.
I am writing to you today to remind you that the storage of vehicles in
conjunction with a home occupation is not permitted (Code Section
18.142.050(a)(6)) and constitutes a violation of the Zoning Ordinance which is
a Class 1 Infraction and carries a fine of $250 per violation for day the
violation exists. Any further reports of such violations will be investigated
and may result in the issuance of a citation.

This letter is in response to the Home Occupation notice

We hereby approve your department issuing this permit
with one exception. Condition #6.
During this past year or so, Mr Grimstad has, on more than
one occasion, parked a large construction trailer in the street
on Serena Way. One trailer is a large dumpster used to haul
trash from his construction sites, and occasionally he has kept
it there for two to three weeks. This presents a saftey hazard
for children playing along the sidewalks or crossing the street.
We have also noticed equipment trailers parked at the same
location with ditchers or other heavy equipment.
If this problem is corrected, we have no reason to restrict
