excess of what is normally associated with residential uses.
8. The Home Occupation Permit shall be renewed annually.
9. A business tax shall be paid annually for the business.
If any of the preceding conditions are not met, this Home Occupation Permit
will be immediately invalidated.

The City of Tigard hereby certifies that MaryAnn Vahle has received approval for a Home Occupation
Renewal to operate Vahle's House of Flowers at 14405 S.W. Hazelhill Drive from 01 -01 -91 to 12- 31 -91.
This Home Occupation Renewal has been granted in accordance with Section 18.142 of the Tigard
Community Development Code and any special conditions listed below.
In addition, the grantee holds a current Tigard Business Tax Certificate which expires on 12-31 -91.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Home Occupation Renewal Permit 89 -0003 is approved subject to the following conditions:
1. This Home Occupation Renewal Permit shall be renewed annually.
2. A Business Tax shall be paid annually for the business.
3. There shall be no noise emitted from the home connected with the business which is audible to
abutting residences.
4. There shall be no other paid employees on the premises other than those who are permanent
residents of the dwelling.

As president of the Ames Orchard Homeowners Association, I have
been asked by several members to seek a postponement of the
approval date for HOP 89 -03 for approximately one month.
The operation of a business is in violation of the covenants
governing the development. What we would like is a presentation
from Mary Ann Vahle at our annual meeting on March 9th, at which
time interested homeowners can ask questions to determine the
potential impact, if any, on the neighborhood. Upon conclusion
of this meeting, we would expect to get back to you by March 18,
1989 with our decision.
