Jones for a Home Occupation Permit to operate an executive search firm (d.b.a. DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director's designee for the City of - Tigard has APPROVED the above application subject to certain conditions. The findings and conclusions on which the Director's designee based his decision are as noted below. A. FINDING OF FACT 1. Background I. No previous applications have been reviewed by the Planning staff with respect to the subject property. There shall be no noise emitted from the home connected with the business which is audible to abutting residences. 7. There shall be no outdoor storage of materials, vehicles, or products on the premises. Indoor storage of materials or products shall not exceed the limitations imposed by the provisions of the Building, Fire, Health, and Housing Codes. 8. This approval is valid if exercised within one year of the final decision date noted below. D. PROCEDURE 1. This use will be entirely within our dwelling unit and involve the use of our attached garage for one car. used in the business. This use and storage will occupy less than 25% of the combined residence and garage. The space used in the garage is about 200 square feet. The use of the residence as an office would be secondary to its primary use as a residence. There will be no exterior indications of the home occupation other than address. There will be no outd000r storage or display of materials, vehicles, or products on the premises. There will be no storage of flammable or hazardous materials related to the business. Indoor storage of materials or products will not exceed the limitations imposed by the provisions of the Building, Fire, Health, and Housing codes. The use will not include any retail sales nor involve any direct sales or service from the property necessitating customer traffic to the residence. The Home Occupation will not produce any noise or obnoxious odors, vibrations, glare, fumes, electrical interference, traffic, discharge of materials, gases or fluids into a sanitary sewer or storm drainage systems.
