Hawley for a Home Occupation Permit to allow a residential and commercial remodeling business (dba "Hawley Construction ") on property zoned R -7 (PD) (Single Family Residential, 7 units /acre, Planned Development). Subsection (b)(1) stipulates that the combined floor area of the residence and a detached structure not exceed 25% of the total for the property; that the total area used in the accessory building not exceed 500 square feet and that the building comply with Uniform Building Code and Accessory Structure requirements.
