The following information is required prior to the issuance of a Site Permit: GENERAL 1. Provide the valuation for the site work portion of the project. Subtract the valuation of the site plumbing work from the valuation for the applicable amount. EXCAVATION 2. Complete the enclosed permit application clarifying the Excavation, Grading and Fill volumes. 3. Clarify the new impervious area. Impervious is defined as building roof areas, sidewalks and paving. The number should be what is new impervious as related to what was existing. FIRE REVIEW 4. Complete the enclosed "TVF &R FIRE FLOW and HYDRANT WORKSHEET ". The allowable area permitted and the number of hydrants required will be based on the worksheet. ACCESSIBILITY 5. Clarify the accessible route to the public way as required by section 1103.1 OSSC. PI 6. Clarify the detectable warnings that will be provided when the accessible route crosses or is PA parallel to a vehicular way. See section 1103.2.3.2 OSSC When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The submitted plans are approved subject to the following. EROSION • Erosion control measures shall be in place prior to excavation or grading. ACCESSIBILITY • Accessible walkways and routes shall not exceed a running slope of 1 unit vertical in 20 units horizontal (5% slope). Cross slopes shall not exceed 1 unit vertical in 50 units horizontal (2% slope). • Accessible parking spaces and access aisles shall be located on a surface with a slope not to exceed 1 unit vertical in 50 units horizontal in all directions. 1104.4.3 OSSC Approved Plans: 1 set of approved plans, bearing the City of Tigard approval stamp, shall be maintained on the jobsite. The plans shall be available to the Building Division inspectors throughout all phases of construction. 106.4.2 OSSC American with Disabilities Act (ADA): It shall be the responsibility of the Architect, Engineer, Designer, Contractor, Owner and Lessee to research the applicability of the ADA requirements for the structure. The City of Tigard reviews the plans and inspects the structure only for compliance with Chapter 11 of the OSSC which may not include all of the requirements of the ADA.
