SITE VISIT REPORT: Dartmouth Square

Subject Observe Site Stripping
I arrived on site as arranged with Norm Pinkston of Bones Construction to observe site stripping. I met with Norm
during my visit.
At the time of my arrival, I observed that rough stripping of the site had occurred in all but the central area where
strippings were stockpiled. Stripping had taken place with an excavator. The northeast quadrant of the site was suitably
stripped. The remainder generally still contained frequent roots larger than one inch in localized areas and required
additional stripping. The western side of the lot contained exposed rotten organics to one foot in diameter and requires
the most additional stripping. Norm stated that stripping would continue and that we would be contacted for a return
visit.
