This is to notify your office that the Green Investment Co.has begun construction
{ on this project without notifying Mentrum Architecture, Inc.
Green Investment Co. is acting as the general contractor . Mr. Green has ignored
e, my requests for compensation for architectural construction documents and in fact
is sueing Mentrum Architecture, Inc. on this project after he received permits on
e the building.
Mentrum Architecture, Inc. is not authorized to do any construction observattion
on this project and this to notify Mr. Green that an Architect is required to do

inspections on this commercial building (3 stories and 12,000 s.f.)
,4 Since Mentrum Architecture is not able to do construction observation we will not
,I take any responsibilty for the architectural documents during construction.
