I have reviewed the plans and information submitted by the applicant, Brent Lawson, for Condition
#16 of the land use decision, MLP2006- 00005. Existing homes to the north east and west will not
be affected by windows above 15 feet due to the distance from the proposed home and existing
trees. Trees on the site are to be protected. It should be noted that the location of windows for this
home may directly affect a new home on Parcel 3 to the south, therefore the applicant should take
that into consideration when choosing a design and location for the home on Parcel 3.

Response for condition 1 and 2: Place engineering on full size sheets with
schedules as agreed.
3) Footing depth needs to be 7" with 15" footing.
Response: Dan will change footing size on existing plan.
4) Provide details of chimney construction.
Response: Fire place will be an insert. No specs needed per Dan.
5) Show roof venting on plans.
Response: Will draw roof venting on plan
6) Show all expanded footings and continuous load paths for girder trusses and
beams.
Response: Plan footing page will show the expanded footings. Enlarged
engineering will show all load paths.

Response: Engineer called for stem wall under this wall. No beam talcs
needed.
