Our Building Division tells me they are very close to being able to issue the site and building permits.
However, we can not authorize issuance of those permits until the relevant Conditions of Approval of
SDR2009 -00003 are met.
As of today, sixteen of those Conditions remain "Not Met" and I want to make sure that you all are aware of
this so that we can avoid having any unpleasant surprises or unmet expectations.
I do not know who, exactly, is working on meeting these Conditions so I am addressing this to the three of
you: Howard, as the primary responsible party at Luke -Dorf, and Jennifer and Jesse because you've been our
primary contacts and have been extremely helpful in moving the project forward.
I have attached an updated Status Report of the Conditions of Approval and have highlighted those Conditions
that remain to be met before we can authorize the issuance of building and site permits. The list shows the
appropriate contact within the City: Gary Pagenstecher for Planning Conditions and Gus Duenas for
Engineering Conditions.
Please have the appropriate people within your organizations address these Conditions at their earliest
opportunity. Feel free to call me at 503 - 718 -2426 if you have any questions about the Conditions or their
status.
