I am in possession of a copy of Mike O'Neil's letter to you dated February
9, 1976 regarding release of an easement in Street.
C p i c k ' letter may be a little unclear as to the status of this street.
s has been developed and constructed as a public street and
is complete at this time. Through an oversight, the City was unaware that
the developer of the street (and housing) did not have clear title to the
land in question. This street has been constructed to City standards and,
upon completion of dedication, will be maintained by the City of Tigard.
Therefore, no improvement districts or assessments are contemplated.
The only problem remaining is the easement you ahold over half the street
width for a distance of 50 feet.
I trust that this clears up the situation for you and that you will be able
to proceed to execute the easement release.

The city of Tigard and the Tigard water district have taken steps
to have the street between our church and our manse dedicated as

of this easement, if the tract does indeed become a public street.
