A 5.00 foot wide strip and 20.00 radius curve return tract of land containing 4153 square feet, more or less,
located in a portion of Lots 3 & 4 of TIGARDVILLE HEIGHTS in the southwest one - quarter of the
northwest one - quarter of section 11, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, City of
Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a 5/8" iron rod marking the southeast corner of Lot 1 of DOUGLAS HEIGHTS;
thence North 89° 26' 45" East a distance of 5.00 feet to a point on the east line of said Lot 3 of
TIGARDVILLE HEIGHTS; thence following the east line of said Lot 3 and Lot 4 South 01° 27'
