conveyed to Steven R. Gordon as recorded in Document No. 93101036, Washington
County deed records, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center of S.W. Burnham Street (County Road No. 997) which
bears N 45 °46'00" W 809.84 feet from the most Easterly corner of that certain tract of
land conveyed to Charles Burnham by deed recorded in Book W, page 162, deed records
of Washington County, Oregon; thence N 42°16'13" E along the southeasterly line of
