I have spoken with Dan Nelson of the permit department and have informed him of the situation as well. Dan has asked that we attach the scope of work and cut sheets for the equipment to be installed, which is also attached to this letter. We do not have any plans to submit, this is going to be a replacement of the existing "non- working" fire alarm control panel, to be replaced by a new fire alarm control panel of the same manufacturer, reusing the peripheral devices if they are found to be in proper working condition. If in fact, the peripheral devices are not found to be working, they will be replaced with new devices. If you have any questions, please call our Lake Oswego branch and ask for Bryan Adams or myself. Thank you, !
