Dan, confirming two things from our conversations about Dartmouth Square and the TVF &R TI:
1. Planning and Engineering have no objection to Building issuing TVF &R's TI permits for the interior of
Dartmouth Square. Please proceed to issue BUP2010 -00070 et al.
2. As Cheryl explains in the following email there is one remaining issue regarding the original
construction of the building that we hope to resolve prior to occupancy of the premises by TVF &R:
remediation for tree mitigation.

Subject: Dartmouth Square Tree Mitigation
Mr. Prendergast,
The tenant permits for Dartmouth Square are almost ready to issue. The only outstanding issue for the building is tree
mitigation. Our records show a total of 167 inches were planted on -site. The mitigation inches required was 596. We
have the bond for the total number of inches (596 x $125 /inch = $74,500), but would like to close this out prior to
TVF &R moving into the building. Please contact me on how you would like to resolve this issue or if you have any
questions.
