Condition 37 of land use approval requires: Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall submit site plan drawings indicating the location of the trees that were preserved on the lot, location of tree protection fencing, and a signature of approval from the project arborist regarding the placement and construction techniques to be employed in building the house. All proposed protection fencing shall be installed and inspected prior to commencing construction, and shall remain in place through the duration of home building. After approval from the City Forester, the tree protection measures may be removed. The approved tree plan for the subdivision shows tree protection fencing on lot 2 in order to protect the neighbor's trees (see sheet C300 attached).
