Plug dry head where cooler was removed near main entry.
Relocate head for hood in front kitchen. (1)

We have excluded any upgrade to the existing system other than specified.
Our bid is per bidder design only. Payment schedule is net thirty (30) days. Our bid will remain
in effect for thirty (30) days, after which it will be subject to our review.
If either party enforces or interprets this agreement, it shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney fees
incurred to do so, even if no suit or action is commenced, and if suit or action is commenced, its reasonable attorney
fees incurred at arbitration or trial, and in any bankruptcy proceeding, and on any appeal, review, or reconsideration
of any arbitration or court order, award, judgment, or ruling.

Dear Dan,
This is a follow up of our conversation and resolve of the sprinkler conflict concerning the H-
Mart project. (Permit number and address listed above.)
I rechecked the sprinkler head spacing at the open grid ceilings and it is indeed 10' -0" on center.
The open grid soffit area is only 2' -0" or 2' -6" wide with sprinkler heads in the ceilings on both
sides of the soffits. Referring to NFPA 13 8.14.12 Open -Grid Ceilings, the existing heads meet
the code requirements stated.
This letter is for your records and to confirm our agreement to the above mentioned project
conditions. Your help and prompt attention is greatly appreciated.
