Only problem is that I can't find a demo CAP to enter the OK on. Is BUP2010 -00019 in the process of being set up for it? I thought we had an application but maybe they still need to bring one in. If you'll let me know what we still need ... app ?, site plan with erosion control? ... I'll tell the applicant. Am I correct that, with this OK, we can issue the demo over the counter? Thanks, Albert. From: Todd Prager Sent: Thursday, February 11, 2010 8:58 AM To: Albert Shields Subject: RE: Tree Protection Fencing Inspection at Sonic Restaurant I'm good with this. Could you please set up this project in the arborist report spreadsheet and keep the documentation available for inclusion in the land use file? Also, can you please reply to all about whether the demo permit can be picked up today? Thanks, Todd From: Albert Shields Sent: Thursday, February 11, 2010 8:55 AM To: Todd Prager Subject: FW: Tree Protection Fencing Inspection at Sonic Restaurant Todd, OK with you in terms of tree protection? Albert. From: Teragan & Associates [mailto:terry@teragan.com] Sent: Thursday, February 11, 2010 8:53 AM To: Todd Prager; mcobean @gmail.com Cc: Albert Shields Subject: Tree Protection Fencing Inspection at Sonic Restaurant Todd, This is a quick note to let you know that I have completed a site inspection of the tree protection fencing for the proposed development of the old Kasch's Garden Center on 99W that is to be a Sonic Restaurant. The tree protection fencing that has been erected is at least the distance from the two trees, sweetgum and giant sequoia, as called for in the tree protection plan with the exception of two small sections along the sidewalk on the 1 ✓ P 2v (0 project's west side along 99W and the street curb on the east side by the Sequoia. I spoke to the contractor who will be addressing that small sections (about 15 feet) that will be placed along the east edge of the proposed sidewalk by the sweetgum and just behind the curb up to the north property Tine by the Sequoia. The ability to issue a demolition permit for the property should be ok as the missing lengths are away from the work along the right of way on 99W. I'll be able to inspect that the fencing is in place during my next inspection. The contractor asked if he will be able to pick up a demolition permit today as they are wanting to get started as soon as possible. Can you reply to all if you can give us an idea on when the demo permit will be available? Terry Terrence P.
